First time using this company. The owner Rob and his employees were very fast, professional and helpful. I had scheduled morning of and they had an electrician out to my location within an hour. I then needed additional work done the next day and they were able to help immediately and were very easy to work with. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. 10/10 service and very friendly. They took the time to explain things to someone who knows nothing about electrical work, something most electricians will not do.

After finding a major issue with our electrical panel, Langstaff & Sloan diagnosed the problem for us and seamlessly guided us through an electrical upgrade and repair with minimal disruption in the dead of winter.

Rob, Phil, Arsh, and the crew were professional, responsive, and have a commitment to high-quality work at a reasonable price. They'll work within your budget and won't ever be opportunistic and drive you towards the more expensive result, just the one that makes the most sense for you and your home. Very happy with the service, and can't recommend them enough for any residential work.

L&S should be your go-to electrical contractor for both residential and commercial work.

They upgraded my electrical panel, installed a Tesla EV charger, set up wired security cameras, and more — all at a great price!

They have a great team and quality work !

The crew was shockingly good, and living through a week long knob & tube upgrade with a newborn baby at home was a breeze, not the dreaded nightmare we had anticipated. The guys were very communicative and conscientious, minimally disruptive, efficient, and of course the quality of the work was top notch.
Thank you to Rob, Colin, and the rest of the guys.

They did an excellent job on my home for Knob and Removal. On time and within budget. Price was also very reasonable.

The team came out and did a massive job for us. Extremely thorough and honest. Another Toronto peer quoted us $15k for the same work (which came to $4500). We will use them again.

I can’t thank Rob enough for his incredible support in diagnosing and solving an electrical issue in my kitchen. I had been struggling with a frustrating problem—every time I used my microwave, it would trip the breaker and shut off power to my fridge as well. I was genuinely concerned, especially living in a condo where access to wiring can be tricky.

Rob quickly and confidently identified the root cause of the issue: both the fridge and microwave were on the same circuit, overloading the breaker. Not only did he walk me through the technical side in a way that made perfect sense, but he also guided me step-by-step on how to test the outlets, identify the GFCI and breaker panel, and safely work around the issue until a long-term fix could be arranged.

What really stood out was his patience, professionalism, and ability to explain complex electrical details in a simple, reassuring way. Thanks to Rob, I now fully understand how to avoid overloading circuits, and I feel much safer in my home.

If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely cares about solving your problem the right way — Rob is the one. Highly recommended!

Detailed and quality service. I required electrician due to cable length too short and not sufficient to replace led podlights. The lines are inspected in detail and reorganized to gain more clearance to cable length. Work is done neatly, tidy and professionally.
