A tree took out our power line and damaged the mast and connection to the side of our house. Langstaff and Sloane did the repair within 24 hours to proper ESA standards so that Toronto Hydro could come out and reconnect us. Rob is an absolute gentleman! Some people build their business off of the lack of knowledge of others but not Rob. I had issues tried to call him out but he said before he does try a few things…. My experience from start to finish with Rob and Glenn was a 10/10. It was our pleasure to deal with  both Rob and Glenn. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, took their time to explain and answer all of our questions and had our electricity back up and running to the way it was originally the same day within hours. After contacting so many others, I finally stumbled upon L&S via a Google search. Immediately, I found that Rob actually understood what I needed to get done. A few texts and pics later, we had a plan. Rob also got an appointment for me the following week. The electrician, Glenn, who came out to do the work was prompt and professional. He called me before he arrived, giving me an ETA, was polite during the whole work time and fixed my issues within 15min. There was a very clear understanding upfront from identifying the problem, coming up with a solution and the price involved. I loved the service and L&S are definitely going to be my first call the next time I need any electrical help! I would recommend Rob and his team without any reservation at all.
