I had scheduled morning of and they had an electrician out to my location within an hour. I then needed additional work done the next day and they were able to help immediately and were very easy to work with. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. 10/10 service and very friendly. I had been struggling with a frustrating problem—every time I used my microwave, it would trip the breaker and shut off power to my fridge as well. I was genuinely concerned, especially living in a condo where access to wiring can be tricky.

Rob quickly and confidently identified the root cause of the issue: both the fridge and microwave were on the same circuit, overloading the breaker. Not only did he walk me through the technical side in a way that made perfect sense, but he also guided me step-by-step on how to test the outlets, identify the GFCI and breaker panel, and safely work around the issue until a long-term fix could be arranged.
